We are a group of interdependent professionals and activists working in the field of development. We share common values pertaining to human rights, social justice, equality of chances, transparency, participation and the right to knowledge and information.
Our genuine belief in people and their capaciy to improve their own lives determines the way we work; we favor the grass roots level and always use comprehensive participatory methods and techniques when performing our tasks.
Our numerous years working in the field of development have allowed us to accumulate knowledge and skills related to development in Lebanon and the region and build solid networks at the local, national and international levels, which we gladly put at the service of the communities we serve.
Our objective is to add our know-how to that of the communities we work with in order to improve institutions' quality of service delivery and support orgnizations in achieving their objectives.
