Thursday, 3rd of April, 2008 Children Literature Strategy Development for the Arab Countries in:

The Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for the dialogue between cultures (Anna Lindh Foundation ) launched a 3-year program to promote children’s literature and reading in five Arab countries: Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Syria. ┬áThe programme was granted by SIDA, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.

The main scope of this action is to enhance the conception and the formulation of a national plan for developing children literature in Lebanon and Syria through the animation of two series of workshops in each of the related countries.

… For Development, c.c was contracted to perform the following:

1- prepare and implement two workshops on strategic planning, in Lebanon and Syria, addressing children literature main stakeholders.

2- support the stakeholders strategic plan development through coaching and remote technical support.
